NeoGen Tires to good to be true?

I went to Nittos web site for their new NeoGen tire and they making it out (like all other tire companys tend to do) that their tire is the best thing around. But what did catch me is that they are mud and snow rated AND they are supposed to wear evenly on cars with negative camber from being lowered. My question is has anyone ran these tires on there Scooby yet? They sound like god's gift to the performance Subaru owner. Any comments?

They're probably a little too new for anyone to have any real experience with. However, after having owned a set of Nitto tires I will personally never buy anything from that company again. They are crap. If you do a search you will find plenty of info on Nitto here.

i agree with bone324, i have had bad experiances with nittos, they are a cheap tire, and it shows. that negative camber wear thing is kind of dumb IMO, if you properly lower your car, and get a good alignment, you wont have any problems with the tire being off-camber. if it is off camber, you want it that way for traction in the hard bendies, and you dont want a harder compound on the inside of the tire, that would cause less grip. i say go with some azenis

Personally, I have two sets of wheels/tires. The Azenis are my summer tires and I use Sumitomo HTR+ as winter tires. The HTR+ is a great A/S tire and pretty inexpensive. I'm assuming a good A/S tire would cover your needs unless you're planning to go fast on dirt. Judging by the tread pattern on the Neo Gen tire, I wouldn't feel any more comfortable with it in mud or dirt than I would with the Azenis.
