I recently purchased a BOV from an internet company called motormatrix.com. The same night, they sent me a confirmation email saying they had recieved my purchase. After I recieved that email, I checked my bank account. It said they had already withdrawn the money. I waited a couple of days, and thought of a question I needed to know about the part. I emailed them, and got no response back. I emailed numerous more times, and still no response. I went to their website, and found their number. I called them many times at varying times throughout different days. No answer, and no way to leave a message. I finally decided I had been taken, and reported it to my credit card company. After a lot of fighting with my card company I finally got my money back and they said they would go after the company. Just wanted to let everyone out there know, DO NOT BUY FROM MOTORMATRIX.COM.
