Just Got My Rex!

WOHOO!!
Just got my 04 WRX, 24.5k out the door!
with armrest ext, air filter and fogs. Pretty basic, silver.

I love the car, I've already put 100 miles on it

I am just happy, can't beleive I've got one. My old car was a Contour SVT, 16 service visits in 20 months.

I've heard it recommended that you not mod your car until around 10k miles. I'm not sure if it's something to do with the engine fully breaking in or if it's a warranty type thing. I think that in most cases any bugs in the car or motor should be worked out after about 10k miles.

Congrats on getting your new Rex. To bad about the svt. My brother had one and it was a blast to drive but it seemed like your drive was always ending in a tow to the nearest mechanic. Can you imagine the world if ford ever got it together. They figured it out for jaguar so why can't they figure it out for themselves.

lol definition of Ford-
F= Fix
O= Or
R= Repair
D= Daily

F= Find
O= On
R= Roadside
D= Dead

but unfortunetly I have to be fair to Ford lol
F= First
O= On
R= Race
D= Day

Congrats on the new subie, you love it, just make sure you have enough money for food after you start modding.
