FMIC is technically legal since our cars came with an IC from the factory.

Surprised this thread still exists....

I think he meant more of having a rotated kit. Where as you cannot reinstall the stock downpipe.

Yeah its hit or miss on the FMIC I think it should be legal.

I passed on a hybrid with cosworth 272's, and a large TMIC. I have the stock airbox on which may have eased his mind and not made him dig deeper. He did ask about the 2.5 engine code, and even put it on the paperwork.

I failed miserably with a high flow DP and E-85, but when I put the stock DP on I passed with flying colors.
