Insomuch as I know, the US has no rules whatsoever governing which side the wheel is on. Hence the huge supply of RHD ex-postal jeeps for sale used on the American market. Shipping a car to the US from Japan is between $1500-3000. Shipping from the UK would probably be cheaper.

 

i was about to have a car shipped from the UK and it was going to cost 1500 for it to be flown in within 4 days.

The 22B motor one of the strongest ones for subaru. Its got a solid iron block compared the the STi's semi closed deck and the WRX's open deck. I'm guessing it's got all reinforced (forged) engine parts stock and can be modded with the stock engine to ~600whp+.

My friend is trying to get his hand on a 22B to put into a 98 GC8. They're the best motors to modify in terms of strength.

 

please some one buy this thing and then tell us about bringing it into this country and legaly registering the car. it would be even better if this was done in cailfornia. if i am the only one that belives it can't be done prove me wrong.
