I like it although there are a few issues on my box using Firefox. This browser is still under very active development so consider this application as a beta. You can always uninstall it if it doesn't work out for you.
Bloatware is just a generic, derogatory term for a bloated piece of software. MSIE is Microsoft Internet Explorer. IE works fine on my machine but is subject to many exploitable security issues because of holes that the developers wrote into the code. I don't ever use Outlook Express for the same reason.
It's all a compromise because there are still a few applications that I use that aren't available for Linux, so for the time being Windows still does what I want it to do.
