I noticed the homepage link has a ? on the end of it. I suppose on some versions of web explorers, possibly opera, it would induce errors.
I would also like to note that cookies could be an issue.
I guess if your using IE try the refresh button or hold down ctrl and hit the refresh, thats supposed to be a complete reload.

Hmm like i thought a browser issue.
Its a unclosed tag its being
<table width="100%" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" class="border">
<tr>
<td>
The first reference starts at line 362 and seems to be present on each new table header. My belief is its code generated. I could probably debug the problem in the vb bulletin source if imprezer would let me
For now a solution would be to use a more friendly browser that will ignore the errors in the html. Try Mozilla for example.

Update.
I found three which seem to be the culprits
With these gone my html validater appears to work correctly over the html.
So These are the lines so far
lines 364-366 (corrected)
its just before the line "<!-- end vbksinz.com Imagize header-->"
also the lines just after that being 371 and 373
and just after the line "<!-- content table -->"
382-385
All these deleted the skin appears to function correctly.
