hood options for '94 impreza
I have a '94 impreza L 1.8 with a stock hood( no scoop or vents ) and I was wondering what options I have to get them. Do I need to buy them and cut holes in my current hood or will a rs hood fit on my car? also if I could swap with an rs hood what years would work, a.k.a how many years did the hood stay the same??? Thanks

An RS hood will not fit as they didnt make 2.5rs impreza's till around 98. There was a grill and headlight change after 94 so the RS hood will not fit unless you changed the headlights and the grill. You could cut up your hood and put those in but it sounds like a real PITA. Here is another option. You could import a WRX hood from a 94 WRX. The headlights, grill and everything is the same so mounting will be no problem. I'm not sure if the design is exactly the same as an RS, but should have vents and a scoop. As far as importers, I cant help ya. Maybe someone knows of a route.
