Question intercooler splitter options for c/f hood

ya it's a silly question but i noticed that the stock splitter doesnt really align correct and i'll have to drill the hood to install this item...ugh

for those with c/f hoods did you use a splitter at all ? i know there are aftermarket splitter's out there but it comes down to the same thing drilling the hood...any idea's ????

and this could all be solved by upgrading to a front mount..lol....but as of rite now the funds are super low !!! ( like dave's lip on the wrx)...haha

any input would be solids...

i left mines off, the part that you gotta drill into is so thin thats why any screw up and you will drill into/through the carbon fiber

the only thing i transferred over was the little pin things that hold up the hoses for the windshield washer and the washer themselves

I put my intercooler splitter thingy back on when I got my hood. Apparently I had to use a dremel tool and careful markings and measuring for it to fit.

Best advice if your gonna do it just take your time it took me a few hours just prepping alone for all the clips and rubber pieces to be transferred over.
