If you dont get snow, than the stock tires will be just fine. I run mine from early spring untill snow time. Then I throw on my all seasons. I would have gotten snow tires, but they are more than all seasons.

I got those mats from the dealer. I still don't understand why mats are an option. Well, I know why... $$$. But I've never gotten a car where I actually paid extra for them.

And thanks, I'm enjoying the blue. Not many people get it, especially with the wheels, but screw them.

Looks nice! That might be my same color combo in two weeks... that or black with gold wheels :-) Just a quick question about your shifter... why does it look like the boot is coming off?

Thanks,

Yeah, I like it. I think my favorite is black with gold but I didn't want to try to keep it looking clean. But it sure does look sharp. But I still think all the color combinations look good.

The boot seems to be secure... not sure why it looks like that. It has the short throw shifter. Maybe that has something to do with it. I didn't drive an STi without it so I'm not sure what it's like. Maybe someone else can provide some insight.

I was over at my parents' house when I took those. It makes for a nicer backdrop than my place. The X5 in the garage almost matches my car too.

Yeah, I'll let you all know if I housesit sometime.

And as for the shift boot, they just put it on wrong. I just unsnapped it and put it in the right place.
