You certainly should get 200 whp with that set-up. I just had Nate tune my 02 wagon with Helix catted DP/ Borla Hush with 3" adapter from MPJ. No UP and Nate got 200.9 whp @ 6300 RPM, and 194.1 torque @5300 RPM. Up from 191.7whp@ 6200/179.8 torque@5200 with the base stage 2 CA map. By the way thanks Nate, I also like the Prodrive springs/KYB GR-2 set-up but I get a few squeaks (settling?).

better than no tune

with the up/dp catback i thought for sure i would get 200+. my base run was 157.5@5800 rpm, torque was 163.6@3550rpm. after the reflash i came up to 194.9 whp @6300 rpm and torque was 180@ 5300 rpm. i got a 2.5 exhaust tho guessing thats it.

was the 157 with up/dp and catback?

Wich dp are you using?

I'm sure a 3" would make a difference.

Remember that temperature, humidity, fuel quality, etc all effect the final numbers.
It's not uncommon to have two vehicles with the same types of mods put down slightly different values.

yes their dyno does give low numbers from what ive heard. the 157 was with all the mods i was told that they wont make a difference until u get a tune. i have the helix flex up and helix dp. borla hush 2.5 inch. the reflash kicks *** the my car is a lot quicker, way better powerband. as soon as i can scan it ill post it. im thinking maybe i should have gotten a larger exhaust but i like how quiet it is. what do you guys think? i like being able to drive through residential and not **** people off. i think i am losing some power tho.

go with a 3 in dp and a

1. greddy evo
or
borla hush

both pretty quiet setups

I think you'll gain a few hp with a 3in setup

My booty dyno told a different story.

That's all that matters.

Yeah, that 2.5" exhaust will definitely make a difference. Going full 3" should open up enough for some extra power.

borla hush is a 3". It comes with an adapter that makes the flange 2.5" to mate with the stock dp. If you buy the 3" adapter, then it'll be a continous 3" pipe.
