Hi. Im new to the site and even though i have had my subaru for almost a year i still dont know a whole lot about them so could anyone tell me exactly what a GC8 is.

FYI, when people sell parts, they usually refer to parts for "old school" Imprezas (i.e. <MY02 RSs) as GC8 parts, since most of the parts were made for (or wish they were) WRXs sold in Japan and Europe, which truely were GC8s. It gets confusing.
