Car vibrating at 60+mph

Car vibrating at 60+mph
Hi guys,
I got TEIN basics and set of Work Emotion CR 17x8 about 3 months ago. I had vibrating issue on 60+ mph after the install and I did the following thing:
- new lug nuts(grilock spline drive), was using stock one
- was told I have a slightly bent wheel, counter balanced
- did alignment at AI( OE spec) after coilovers are set on height
- new tires
The vibrating problem got a bit better and still bugs me. My car still vibrating at 60+ mph. I'm not sure what else to look for. I got the wheels from friend and the lug nuts he gave me is a bit larger than the grilock one i purchased. Would this cause such problem?

It could be as simple as the bent rim, counter-balancing a bent rim is not always a foolproof solution.
