The BMWCCA is probably the next best, they have lots of track days, do rallies autocrosses and drives. Their "club newsletter" is actually quite a nice magazine. But you gotta pay them dues, and while there are a lot of nice people in the BMW club, there are a few upitty snobs there too.

PCA is OK too, they do the best local road rally series, but you gotta own a Porsche, and the snob factor is even higher than BMWCCA.

There's an Audi Quattro club, but I never did much with them in the 2 years I was a member.

But as far as Subie clubs go, this one is far and away the best!

Yeah, I guess "i-club" and nabisco are the only games in town as far as scoobies go. http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/ is pretty good too, though the members there are pretty kooky and the entire bbs seems to be more OT than anything.

Nabisco kicks this site's *** for volume of traffic and searchable info. though

Only if you live outside of the SF Bay Area,

For volume of traffic, Nazioc's bay area forum is a virtual graveyard, other regions probably aren't the same, but only because people that don't know Alex don't appreciate the fact that he started it all.

around here there is only one I-club, and it isn't Nazioc.

Yeah there's lots of stuff in Naziocs technical forums, but unfortunately, a lot of that is crap talking from people who doen't know what they're talking about.

My friend belongs to the ford mach1 club. Its just as tight knit as this club. Its definitely not as big as this club, but they are very close. I've been to a couple of their meets and all the people there are really cool! They have the best ctuises ever. The guy that holds the meets was a professional race car driver and bike rider. He now teaches people to drive. He holds a session once a month to teach anyone from the mach1 forum and their friends techniques to improve their driving. Its basically a race clinic. And its all free! He will teach for about an hour and then we head out on a cruise. The cruise lasts for about 5 hrs with 1hr break for lunch. The last cruise I went on had a bunch of different cars. It was so much fun! If anyone wants to go to the race clinic and then on the cruise let me know. Remember I live in the bay area. I have yet to go on a cruise with i-club, but I am really looking forward to it. Oh btw, there is no club as big and cool as the i-club!

don't you mean NAZIOC? some of the mods over there like to go on power trips w/ their inflated egos.
