This has got to be a re-post but I love this car.
It is every thing that Id want, pluss some!!
I wouldent mind doing with some of the stuff, like; stickers, child seat
I found this surching for some pics of team loco 142's to show a friend what I want to do with the ones I have and I was blown away that he actully had them in gunmetal on his car. Then the rest of the car blew me away!!

Nice car, but I definitely like the GC8 2-drs better.

However, I think the current models would look funny with 2-drs.

 

yeah they are a bit too tall in the roof area to pull it off.

but im getting there
I just picked up a 15,000 mile TD04 turbo from a wrx off of ebay.
and I have the line on all the other bits.
I just have to not blow any thing up !!
oh and the rest of the money
by my calculations with the turbo timmer, boost controler, knock sensor light and all the rest of the bits I want it should cost $2500. Im using mostly wrx parts because they are plentifull and cheap, that and it leaves room for upgrade later.
but thats about $2000 less than the avo kit.. unfortunetly I wont have any one to bi##h at if It all goes kablammo.

My roommate bought that car almost 2 years ago. He blew the engine and it has been sitting dead on his street for almost 2 years. LOL it was a fun car while it lasted.

It's great, just need to remove all thoes awful stickers.

'Wanna be racer'... gonna be blown up car? There is enough money in that car to solve world hunger. But, I am sure it sits dead in the water not caring "it could have been a contender!"

I am normaly agenst the 'lots of stickers' look, but i gotta say the rally throw back on the sticker job is sweet.
id sport it.
You would be very suprised how cheap this stuff actually is when you know how to do it your self.
you could make those sub boxes your self with under $100 in materials.
The roll cage, front and rear frame stiffiners are cheap to do if you have access to the right benders.
the electronics and suspension on the other hand, no cheap way around that. Ill agree on those.
