Anyone know where to get a fender
Anyone know where to get a fender
So i get home today and my brand new 04 blackpearl wrx is a victim of a hit and run. I need to buy a new front fender. Does anyone have one for sale. Where would be the best place to get one. I dont want to go through insurance cause I dont want my rate to increase. Anybody know how much im in the hole for? thanks all
My condolences.... That would p1ss me off.
Maybe try calling local junkyards and see if there are any wrecked ones that are being parted out.... May be pretty tough finding a 2004 though.
Just a thought.

i dont know any places back east. but you can try rancho cordova subaru recyclers in rancho cordova california. sorry, dont know the # off hand.
same thing happened to my '02 all i could say was @^#%!!!!!!
i went to the dealer and retail for the fender was about $170. if you know anyone that can get an account with subaru the price comes down. paint is another story it depends where and how much you want to spend. just remember sometimes you get what you pay for.

going to the parts department at your dealership would be the best way to go. especially for me, since i lived in hawaii. many subaru online parts stores are afraid to ship sheetmetal down here and its very understandable why. The problem is mounting it on. because you had an accident, it could be a pain in the butt aligning the fender panel. i would just have a professional do it for you. that way you can get it painted along the way too.
