...not trying to rain on anyone's parade, but did you have to take the door panels apart for any reason? I do custom stereo installs all the time and the one thing i noticed is that alot of my customers tried to go the crutchfield way and do it themselves and ended up making things a disaster to repair. (having no previous experience didn't help their cause either.)
Anyway, i noticed that people who have had their door panels / a-pillars pulled for mods (or whatever) either wind up having them break in the de-installation phase, or they fail to return the car to 100%...sometimes it only takes 1 broken snap-connector to make you're life a *****.
