2007 (typo by thread starter) Subaru Impreza (linked) review

"Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd. (FHI), the maker of Subaru automobiles, announced today the new generation Impreza series for the Japanese market. The all new Impreza is available on dealers starting today. The third generation Impreza is developed around the concept of new and more refined designs for comfort plus performance. It features “5-door packaging”, while it offers a rewarding and safe ride enhanced by Subaru Symmetrical AWD (All-Wheel Drive) with the Horizontally-Opposed engine and the newly developed chassis."

Here's a new review on the 2007 Subaru Impreza, from TopSpeed. It features info on the design and performance of the car, as well as a photo gallery.

I'm not going to say it's an ugly car, it's just not an "Impreza."

The same way a 74-93 Mustang is not a "Mustang". (in my eyes) If the only thing you keep is the drivetrain, how much of it's still the same to be called the same?

I give it two years...

From the specs it should handle better than the current line up. Would be interesting how engine modding will be done with hydrolic vavles.

hydrolic ≠ hydraulic.

That hood scoop is almost invisible from the side, but jeez it's a friggin' pizza box sized hole in the hood now! ...and what the hell is up with those "2 Fast 2 Furious" tail lights?

oh gawd...if you red out the tailights put some eyelids to make those headlights more agressive & do somthing with that grill then it would look better. But even then good enough for me to like. It looks too happy for me...
