I read the prev owner's posts in the links above and found the following:

1) he is a moron
2) he is cheap
3) he was hell bent on going Stage 2

That is typically a bad combo. Sorry about the car and hope you don't get denied warranty due to his modification history (which was of course not disclosed to you by the Capitol Certified Pre-owned program).

This had the XPT stage 2 tune (with recommended parts) flashed by a Subaru tech. Are you sure the dealership didn't change anything before they sold it to you?

 

1. You need to stop trolling around. Not just in this thread, but others.

2. Seems the previous owned (as stated) was a moron. Imput. lol. I would definitely get a lawyer involved and have the car returned etc unless they take action and right the wrongs. Hope things go well for you.
