so they chandeg the wrx too huh? i only thought the sti was the only new monster in the new line up. any pics ,links for wrx face lift?

The car is not an "STi" or "WRX" but an Impreza. The Impreza has been redesigned for MY04. So yes, the Impreza TS/RS/WRX/WRX STi all get the new body

 

so all the imprezas will have a face lift huh.. well what would u do? would u by 03 wrx and put 10k in mods into it .or by a new design one and work it slowly.. i ask cause i want to buy a wrx asap.. i figure i can make a faster 03 wrx for a while til parts are availe. for sti and new gen. ????????????????

 

It depends on what your goals are and your money situation. For instance, last year I bought an MY02 RS instead of a WRX to keep my monthly payments down as low as possible. I've put some mods on it, mainly into suspension, to make it super fun to drive. Even with all the mods, while still not quite as fast as a WRX, it's much more fun than a stock WRX and less money

There are good reasons to do both, it totally depends on, as I said, what you're goals are and what you want to do. If you're not on unlimited funds and you're the type that likes to tinker and customize your car, I'd buy the WRX. If you want to keep your car stock and let Subaru "mod" out the WRX for you, get the STi.

 

i think ill just get another 03 wrx instead and put a stage 5 kit txs and have fun..im not rich but i can afford the 03 wrx and about 6k in mods so itll be fun .thanks for the input people...
