i was finishing up my catch can in my sti this weekend and i happened to notice that the fuel filter isnt in the same spot as it was in my 02 wrx. i guess they put it underneath the car somewhere. ill look for it when i do my 1000 mile oil change.

 

OK guys i know some of you must be curious as to where the fuel filter is on the sti. i saw on a post from another site that the fuel filter on the sti is in the fuel tank above the fuel pump. sounds good to me that way no trash can get any further than past the pump and as on the regular wrx the trash could make it all the way through the fuel lines to the filter under the hood. plus the manual says you only need to replace it evey 30'000 miles so its no big deal.
