speaker crossover
anyone know where to put the crossover? i orderd the infinity kappas component set, comes with a woofer, tweeter, and a crossover, do i install the crossover in the door or what?

I had A/D/S components installed in my STi and the shop put the crossovers on a carpeted board underneath the passenger seat. They do VERY nice work - I suspect they id this b/c space was a bit tight in the doors to hold the A/D/S crossovers.....you may encounter the same thing.

You can fit the crossover in the door. What you need to do is fabricate some brackets to attach the crossover to the two bolts that are toward he back end of your door. If you look inside your doorpanel, this is the only place to fit the crossover. It will take some work to do but you will be able to do it. I have MB Quart and I was just able to get the crossover to fit. It does time some work though.
