Car Info: 04 Silver STI

Pick between these two winter tires.

I have read the posts on winter tires for the sti and with current snows I need to buy. The two tires that are in stock in my area are the Blizzak LM-22 and the Pirelli 240 Snowsports. Any recommendation, on these two tires only, would be great. I am going to buy this Monday. Thank you.

my choice the Blizzak LM-22, have them on my car, had them on my last car. solid snow tire.

Blizzaks, for sure. My info says that blizzaks and dunlop's m2 are about the same, except for the blizzak's longer wear.

Order some Nokians from outside your area. I got a very good price from Broadway Auto. You'll be happier with them than either of your two stated choices.

If thats the only two you'll look at go with blizzaks. But take it from someone who lives in Alaska, try to find some nokians, the studable Hackapoletas have saved my butt on more than one occassion. They are worth there weight in gold trust me.
