Question Size down for winter tires? Which ones to pick?!

I have a 2002 TS wagon that I am planning on taking up to the snow this season and wanted to get some suggestions for snow tires. Currently I have Eagle F1's, which I know can't be used in the snow, so I plan on using my stock steel rims with some new snow tires. I have done my research on tirerack and it comes down to these for a size 185/65 R15:

Any favorites out of those???
Also, is it a good idea to go with a smaller tire as I have done (stock is 195/60 R15) or is it ok to use the stock size? Any suggestions would be great.
