whats the difference between the two bov

Does anyone here know the difference between the turboxs hybrid blow off and the hybrid blow off that has the direct fitment flange on it. becaus i know one comes without the flange and you can buy it separately but is it better to just buy the one with it on or buy it with it off only because i already have the adapter flange.i also know that the hybrid with comes with the direct bolt on recirculating flange as well and the other just has the what i would call the connecter pipe... jus thought i could save some 40-50 some odd bucks. lemme know.
Thanks
