dealer backing out of MSRP?

dealer backing out of MSRP?
how many of your dealer has backed out of their "MSRP" promise?
My dealer called me to let me know their first 4 came in so I can come take a look. But when I got their, they said that the general manager has decided to sell it for $3K over. What BS. I told my sells guy that at this time I am not worried about it because I am still a ways off the list. But if when my time comes it's going to be $3K over, I told him I won't be buying it.

If you didn't get it in writing that you would get your STi at MSRP, then you are hosed. They can and will charge whatever they want.
Honestly though, I *think* that potential STi buyers will not see these above MSRP prices for very long, especially since the Evo owners have already paved the way for us with their Boycotted Overcharging Dealers (thanks guys!), and because of so many "good" Subaru dealerships out there who are already selling at MSRP.
Why don't we start a Boycotted Subaru Dealers list here for those who are charging over MSRP? Like they did on the Mitsu boards? (Or is that a forum no-no?). I know we have an MSRP Or Under list, but it would be nice to know the specific dealers to stay away from as well.
