turbo timer & aftermarket alarm ?

disconnecting the shock sensor won't do diddly... since the alarm still thinks the vehicle is running, which prevents you from arming the alarm and locking the doors. you can isolate the alarm's ignition sensing wire using a relay.
or, if your tt only powers the ignition wire you can rewire the alarm's ignition sensing wire to the 'accessory' wire. if the alarm has an external starter kill be sure to wire the relay's power source to the 'ignition' wire in order for it to be effective.

i've got an aftermarket alarm with turbo timer and it works flawlessly. there used to be a big tread about this topic a while back. do a search and you should find some answers. if not here go check it in nasioc
