Some1 sell me a 2-CH Amp for cheap 300Watts

I am looking for a 2-channel roughly 300watt amp for my rear speakers. Please let me know if you can hook me up!

I'm trying to power two Rockford Fasgate Punch series 12" subs which are bridged down to 4 ohms. I think I might just buy an MTX 342 2-channel amp though.
