You need an adapter harness for Subaru, which is available at stereo installation places and retailers as well as online from places like Crutchfield. The wires on the harness get connected to their corresponding wires on the harness for your radio (assuming you have that, if not you have to get one) and then it all plugs into the factory harness in the car.
