I will be recieving the STi the first week of june. I have been trying to look around for a state of the art security system and many people have told me to get a lojack system. The problem is i have tried to research them and can not find any dealers in the TN area. It is to my understanding that they also have a tracking devise. Can anyone give me information on them and if someone actually has one i would love to hear how well it works, if you would recomend me to buy one, and how secure they are.

 

LOJACK is a great system. I have seen the reuslts 1st hand as I work for a Police Department. I have used LOJACK in all of my vehicles for the past several years. The tech will either come out to your residence, work place or the dealership and install the system. It is real simple and the bad guy never even knows it is in the vehicle. It is activated as soon as the vehicle is reported stolen and entered into NCIC. That in turn activates the transmitter in the vehicle and the police in turn locate your vehicle. The problem you are going to run into is that it is not available in your area. Check with the web site for more information:
