Help with Stereo Problem

Ok - experiencing some problems with my stereo setup. Here are my components:

JVC Double Din unit
JVC 12 Disc CD Changer
Kenwood 4 channel amp
JBL 2 channel amp
JBL speakers for the fronts including tweeters, and rears
Two Bazooka tubes in the trunk

For some time now, when I played CD's from the changer, only one side of the car would have sound and the other side would have sound as if the music is barely coming through (a distorted sound, but very faint). This happened majority of the time, but would fix itself every so often if I changed CD's or ejected the cartridge. During this time, the in-dash cd player and radio would work fine - music would be coming out of all speakers.

So this past weekend, I took out the CD Changer to have it maintenanced at Best Buy since I have their service plan. I'm thinking it's either the CD Changer cable or the unit itself. We'll see. Everything is all good until yesterday. I turn on the car and music is coming out of all speakers EXCEPT the front driver's side speaker and tweeter. This fades in and out now. For one song the music will be coming out of all speakers and then the next song it won't. This happens with the radio also. So my question is - what in the world is going on now? I checked the back of the HU and all the cable seem fine. Should I check the speaker wires to the amps? What could be the most likely thing here? Is my HU bad? One of my amps shot? I don't think it's the speakers because I know they work. Should I troubleshoot each wire going to the front door? BTW - the Kenwood 4 amp is powering the door speakers and the JBL 2 amp is powering the Bazookas. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I either like to listen to my tunes with all speakers working or drive without anything on except the car

Sounds like you probably have to different problems.
First wait and see what Best Buy has to say about the changer.
Second I would check each channel of your amp with one good speaker one at a time, to make sure all of the channels on your amp are working. After that check to make sure the speaker wires aren't fraid or touching the chasis of the car. Another thing to check is your rca's to make sure they aren't intermittent. Hope this helps.
