That is a very biased response what other amps have you tried besides MTX?

i agree...the emphatic "crap" was a bit strong. i've always thought that mtx was a "budget" brand and was never inclined to get one. however, since i haven't tried one personally, i don't know what to say about them.

i have a kenwood amp and i think it is great but i definatly wouldnt say that it is the best since it is no where close to precision Power or JL which IMHO are very high end amps. Just curious but what happened that made you say all others are "crap" if they didnt work out for you mechanichly i can see but if it was the sound that turned you off remember a good sub can help.

Good points, but remember good bass and loud bass are two different things.
