HELP - Amp installation in a '99 RS
Where is the best place to run the wire between my battery and amp? I'm a little wary of drilling holes in the vehicle... With my last ride, a 98 Forester, I ran the wire up the door and under the hood, however, this does not appear to be an option with the GC body style. Thanks!

gotcha
right behind the brake pedal is a black gromet that can be pulled out rather easily. pull it out and drill a small hole and run your power wire through there.... make sure the hole is small than the wire gauge so that it stays water tight... i have 2 wires for 2 amps running through there for 3 years... and it works great. You can then keep it under the carpet and to your destination. (my amps are under each of my seats.

If your gonna place your amp in the trunk run you power wires on the drive side under the door sill, it's where all the stock wires run. You can run the speaker wires, rca's on the right side of the car. With this you dont have to take out the front seats. Just the rear seats bolt so you can move the rear seats when you pass the wires underneath.
