not bad, looks good even better that you did it and got some work under your belt, so if you venture down that road again you know how to make the job easier, I for one am fed up with fiberglassing and cannot see me taking that road again, atleast for this car.

now that its done and looks good im itching to start on a sub inclosure but by the end of the project i was so sick and fed up with it i was more than willing to take the $150 hit just to see it hanging up in my garage unfinished so i would never have to work on it again ... so i know the feeling... The one lession i did learn out of it all is not to dink around with the automotive body repair fiberglass and cloth.. just to go out to the mariene supply store and buy like a 3 gallon bucket of resen and yards of cloth!! be alot cheaper in the long run!

I got a roll of fiberglass chopped matt from here http://www.jamestowndistributors.com it cost me 34 for the roll and 2 day shipping to pa. the size of the roll was 36" wide and 75 yards long, damn thing is alot of matt, they have the resin cheap too.

thats great! thank you .. i will be going thru them when/if i ever get to doing some sub boxes. did you go with the 3/4 oz matt? if so how did you like it? did it conform ok?

yeah, the 3/4 and it was fine, also it was only 25 yards, not 75, dunno what I was thinking, but that is still a crapload of matt
