So, I had driven back east (I live in California, BAIC) last Christmas and noticed that there was an alarming lack of WRX's east of, well, the CA state line (I didn't see another WRX the ENTIRE trip outside of CA!). That included driving as far east as Greenville SC and Asheville NC.

I took another trip (this time, flying) to the Carolinas this weekend to visit relatives (Greenville SC, as well as Marshall NC).

Therefore, you can imagine my big surprise at not only seeing a "WRX", but a White 2004 STI (!), on the road on Sunday!

It was on Hwy 25/70, near Weaverville NC. It was around 11:30AM on Sunday May 25th. You were in a white 2004 STI with Gold wheels headed south, I was in a minivan (rental) just sitting there drooling in disbelief
