well i just got my conversion back this week and this morning i learned that the refuel light doesnt work...the hard way. luckily i made it to my parking spot. can anyone help me out? thanks in advance.

Hmm my car never came with a refuel light. Do you know what sensors, parts, and/or wiring it takes to put one in the car?

 

If i read this before I left for campus I'd have one for you. I think you can get one from one of the bigger gas stations across the campus. There is a fairly big one on Santa Clara and 10th like 200ft from the 10th street garage.

ummm why don't you just refuel when you're at the half way or 3/4 way down?? man,.. that's so bad for your filter and the engine when it eats up all the dirt from the bottom of the tank.

 

Sorry, I am nearby, but don't have a gas can. Are you parked in one of the school garages? If so, they used to have phones with blue lights that you can use to call campus security. They can help you out.

 

i actually parked at the river oaks light rail station (parking lot with servelance). i got a whole new 05 interior so i was still getiing used to it. so youre saying it doesnt have a refuel light sonic yellow?

Glad to hear you got it handled. Midterms? I miss those, compared to what I have to do now. Now, it's contant deadlines for projects that seem to take forever but have only days to finish. I definitely miss SJSU!

 

welp guys, thanks for all your help. i got home safely...thank goodness it was low on gas. i thought it was misfiring.
