Tsuchiya is a monster in the new STi, that thing is freeking fast. As far as the inside line comparison, the EVOs are only minutely faster, I suspect the tire options on the STi could have been a deciding factor.
verizon has layed out fiber optic in my area early last year, has any fiber optic been layed out in your area?

Verizon got FiOS, Camarillo has fiber throughout the city so it's ready for fiber service when it's available. . ATT is slowly rolling it out mainly offering it with there TV service.
We do have a fiber optic infrastructure in the US. Korea and the US is a bit different the population density in Korea is much higher compared to the US, and they get a higher return with their fiber optic investment. oh did i mention that its much cheaper to put that infrastructure in Korea than the US since of the size of Korea compared to he US?
