Venice (L.A.) rocks with Hama. Cool, but not over the top. Just good and crazy Sushi Chefs. This comes from someone who lived in Tokyo on and off for three years!

But, also try to do it on a weekday night ~ the weekend is NUTS (but fun)...

Honestly, having spent two years in Japan eating Sushi until I was at one point, so sick of it (and went to the market to build a Boboli Pizza)... it is truly great.

Fun chefs, A+ women and Saki from Bamboo trunks ~ what could be better, eh?
