heh, you can set up a rally course for the cost of some bolt cutters and a bulldozer rental. Actually, forget about the bolt cutters.

if you have to ask you cant afford it

it cost a few thousand dolalrs 3-4 per foot for raw land you ahve to do alot to prep and then pave
