Often when presented additional or different task the brain becomes overloaded and brain activity halts leaving the mouth open with breathing and the occasional blink of the eye. This condition can last for a few seconds up to a few hours depending on its severity. These individual lead normal lives but can impact society, due to their positions and influence.
Different from the F***ing Retards who doesn’t know any better. The Functional Retards thinks they are capable of performing their duties and often think of themselves as overachievers.
