Well before he got tazered... he was yelling... don't touch me, don't touch me... I don't know what's going on before that but that dude is very pissed or very loud. It sounds like the pig ask him to get out... he didn't comply... so the cop start grabbing him?... so I am sure that dude has plenty of time to 'get out' before the cop tazer him... now if that dude drive a impreza... maybe he wouldn't get so angry??
