Two directional or One directional parking area?

Take a look at the parking area in the picture above.
The car spaces are angled from the path way rather than perpendicular. By design, should one see 2-way traffic for that path way?

Anyhow, as I back up, I check my left mirror, right mirror, rear view mirror, and I turn my head and look back, check for pedestrian and I back up. I got a long honk and I look to the left. This truck was going against the way of the path. By design, I only expect cars to go through the path one way, so people can get in the spots easier. This big caucasian in a big truck decides to honk me, then I gave my apology by hand gesture and he gave me more attitude. I think back and realized... mthrfkr!.... you're going the wrong way and you give attitude after I apologized? I sooo wanted to gut him up at the spot as he gets out of his truck.
Anyhow, I'm done with my Sunday morning rant.
