yea i sent it in the other day. they said even though it was past the 1 year warranty they were still going to fix it for free. its going to be 10-14days until i get it back. +1 for sonys customer service -1 for sonys products

my disc drive broke and it wont read any cd's when i put it in. i could still play demos and stuff like that though. i dont kno what model number but i bought it on launch day so model 1?

 

20 or 60gb ps3?? i have a launch ps3 :/
