Ruben called me and ask me if he can do it. I think one month is good. You start off with 1 mile... then 2 mile... I think if you do like 4-5 miles you will be fine.

If you can't run 1 mile nonstop. Do interval running... meaning you can run 1 minute, then walk 1 min. Repeat the cycle. I start off with Run 3 Walk 1. You can do the whole thing like that.

One of the biggest mistake is to try to catch up with a faster person because that will wear you out.

I am doing it for sure. Who's doing it? I-club Challenge?
