Yeah I know, I already thought about it.. lol, that's why I didn't really go into detail about it, just that having one helps for me at home..

I can run a marathon but I am slow. I think my Nike Women's marathon pace is like 12 min something per mile. 10K I am about a bit over 1 hour. I am going to run fast in this chinatown run because I have people that I need to beat.

Well at least you can run a marathon! haha I am trying to build myself to run that. I have a buddy that runs 50mile races.
