Porting Wastegate

i need to find a reputable shop in orange county to port my wastegate to fix boost creep i get in 5th gear over 3500 rpm.car is a 04 sti stage 2(cobb accessport and aps tbe).help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
