Looking for a good shop, smoke is coming out the rear

Hey guys, I'm looking for a good shop to take my Subaru in for a look. I'm not sure what happened, but there is white smoke with a blueish tint coming out of the exhaust when I start the car. When I rev the engine there is a small amount that comes out too.

This started happening after I changed the oil yesterday. I was stupid and didn't change the oil for 7500 miles, but I don't think that can cause as serious problem as this. Something is causing the oil to burn and I'd like to find out what it is.

I definitely don't want to take it to the dealer, they don't know anything so any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks.

Yah I fixed the problem, I put too much oil. I'm a dumb idiot, I wasn't paying attention when my buddy and I were changing it. I just hope i didn't break a seal or anything.

But I would still like to know of a good mechanic, anyone have recommendations? I'm in the LA area. Thanks.
