the lawyer will sue them for damages to you.
Since you ARE in pain, you can not perform, can not live your life normally, can not have sex.
lawyers will go after that. Sure they make money of you, but you're getting money as well. The only draw back is, its a long term project as in 6 months to a year.
You go to a physical therapist, lay there get a back massage ( my lawyer can send you to one of those Oriental massage clinics if you like ) for 30 minutes go home. You would do this 2-3 times a week.
Keep in mind each visit to the PT is $200 which is being charged to the opposing parties insurance company. Thats roughly 28800 after a years time which will be divided 3 ways between you, the doctor and the lawyer. So there's 9,600 which covers your personal damages.
I swear Filipinos were meant to be lawyers.
