NOT where i'm at right now. Torrance, _____ Beach cities are still retaining most of their house values. At the moment, i'll probably spend more for a better area that is closer to work compared to living further away, getting frustrated getting up at the butt crack of dawn to get to work before rush hour starts and trying to beat the traffic back. Did I mention that i'd have to spend up the **** for gas if i lived that far away?

 

there are some homes for sale in gardena, but i don't think u wanna live there.
