change the port
to 25 or 21
use other ports.. unless you can't open the aim application at all.. then that really means that you're blocked.

"Set Up" -> In "Sign On/Off" pane, click on the "Connection" button.
Under "Server" only change the datum in "Port". Try http port, 25 or ftp port 21 i believe. Try 1 thru 25. At least one of thems hould work.
